Longevity and healthy ageing in Chiswick, West London

Longevity is about adding healthy years, not just years. Muscle, balance, metabolic health, sleep and recovery all decline gradually from mid-life, and the good news is that most of them respond well to the right measurement and training.

At our clinic two minutes from Turnham Green station, we start with data: Randox blood panels for blood sugar, cholesterol, vitamin D, thyroid and inflammation, and an InBody scan for muscle and fat. Your plan is built on those results and re-measured over time.

What we support

Healthy ageing, fatigue and low energy, low immunity, chronic inflammation, high blood pressure and metabolic health, thyroid conditions, allergies and asthma support, and recovery after illness.

How our approach works

Strength and balance training, tai chi, physiotherapy, red light therapy, lymphatic drainage, Ayurveda and nutrition coaching are combined after assessment. We work alongside your GP and never replace prescribed medication.

Questions we are asked

Your questions answered

What is a longevity clinic?

A longevity clinic focuses on staying healthy for longer: measuring markers such as blood sugar, cholesterol, muscle mass and inflammation, then using exercise, nutrition, sleep and recovery to improve them over time.

Which health checks are useful for healthy ageing?

Blood pressure, cholesterol, HbA1c, vitamin D, B12, thyroid function and an inflammation marker are commonly useful, alongside NHS screening you are invited to. An InBody scan tracks muscle mass, which matters more with age.

How can I keep my muscles strong as I age?

Strength training at least twice a week, enough protein and staying active every day slow and can reverse muscle loss at any age. Balance training such as tai chi also reduces the risk of falls.

Does red light therapy help with ageing?

Red light therapy is studied for skin health, muscle recovery and joint pain. It is non-invasive with no UV. We use it as part of a wider plan built around exercise, nutrition and sleep, not as a stand-alone anti-ageing treatment.
