Twelve months from the date of issue shown on the card or the accompanying documentation.

Any therapy, lifestyle or screening session at Omnia Lifestyle. The recipient is not limited to one treatment type, and they do not need to decide at the point of purchase.

How do I choose the amount?

Can I buy a printed card?

Yes. To buy over the phone or to arrange a printed card, please call the clinic on 020 4515 0000.

Can the card be exchanged for cash?

No. The card is not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other forms of payment.
