Questions about The Complete Woman

What does The Complete Woman test for?

The Complete Woman measures 92 biomarkers across full blood count, heart and cholesterol, blood sugar, liver, kidneys, bone, thyroid, hormones, iron, vitamins and minerals, inflammation, immunity, autoimmunity, allergy, gut, pancreas, muscle and joints and urinalysis.

Do I need to fast before this test?

We recommend 8 to 12 hours without food beforehand, because the test includes glucose, cholesterol and triglyceride markers. Water is fine and helps the draw. We confirm this when you book and can offer an early appointment.

Do I need a GP referral?

No. You book directly with us, the sample is taken at our Chiswick clinic and we review the results with you. You receive a written report to share with your GP if anything needs following up.

What is included in the price?

The blood draw at the clinic, analysis at the Randox accredited laboratory, a practitioner review of every result and a written report, for £299. There are no hidden extras.

What if a result is outside the normal range?

A result outside the reference range is a prompt, not a diagnosis. Your practitioner explains what matters, what is borderline and what is worth rechecking. If anything needs a GP or specialist, we tell you clearly and give you a copy of the report.

Which Randox panel is The Complete Woman based on?

The Complete Woman is our name for the Randox Everywoman panel, with a practitioner review of your results included.
