TRT blood test in London
Check your testosterone and the markers that matter on testosterone replacement, from blood count to PSA. Morning appointments at our Chiswick clinic, with tests from £59 and no GP referral.
Morning appointment, ideally before 11am. Panels with cholesterol need 8 to 12 hours of fasting.
Testosterone replacement therapy, or TRT, changes more than your testosterone level. Doctors who prescribe it usually check a set of markers before treatment starts and at regular points afterwards. Our laboratory partner Randox analyses every sample.
We do not prescribe testosterone. If you are on TRT through a clinic or your GP, follow the test timing they give you and share your results report with them.
Every price includes the blood draw, laboratory analysis by Randox and your results report. GP feedback and GP consultations are available on request, at an extra cost. Appointments only.
Testosterone is highest in the morning, so book an appointment before 11am if you can. Panels that include cholesterol need 8 to 12 hours of fasting, water only, and we confirm this when you book. A low result is usually rechecked with a second morning sample before any conclusion is drawn. We see clients by appointment only.

Book your blood test
Choose a test above, or book a general appointment and we will confirm the right panel with you.
Testing is carried out in partnership with Randox Clinical Laboratory Services, an ISO/IEC 15189 accredited laboratory (UKAS Lab ID 9329). Where a panel has female and male versions, the difference is mainly the hormone and tumour marker selection. All prices include the blood draw, laboratory analysis and your results report. GP feedback and GP consultations are available on request, at an extra cost.
These tests do not replace care from your GP. If you have worsening symptoms, unexplained weight loss, bleeding or severe pain, please see a doctor first.
Our Men's Hormone and TRT Panel costs £199 and checks 42 markers, including testosterone, PSA, thyroid, liver, cholesterol and blood count. A Testosterone Check starts at £59. Prices include the blood draw, laboratory analysis and your results report.
No. We provide the blood tests. You can share your results report with the clinic or GP who prescribes your treatment, or who is considering it with you.
Follow the timing your prescriber gives you, as it depends on the type of testosterone you use. If you are not on treatment yet, book a morning appointment, ideally before 11am.
Your results report shows each result against the laboratory reference range for adult men. Levels are highest in the morning and fall during the day, so one low reading is usually repeated before any conclusion is drawn.
No. You book directly with us, by enquiry, phone or WhatsApp. A GP consultation is available on request, at an extra cost.
