Why Omnia

A clinic, not a testing kiosk.

The value of a blood test is in what happens after the numbers arrive. At Omnia, your results become a plan.

  • Practitioner review included. Every result explained in plain language: what is in range, what is borderline and what to do next.
  • Joined-up care. Results can inform acupuncture, Ayurveda, physiotherapy or nutrition care here, or a referral to your GP.
  • Honest about what testing is. A result outside the range is a prompt, not a diagnosis. If anything needs a doctor, we say so and give you the report.
  • Close to Turnham Green station. District and Piccadilly lines. Limited parking is available on request when booking.

Getting here
Close to Turnham Green station on the District and Piccadilly lines, on bus routes 94, E3 and 272. Limited parking is available on request when booking.

Testing is carried out in partnership with Randox Clinical Laboratory Services, an ISO/IEC 15189 accredited laboratory (UKAS Lab ID 9329), and reviewed by an Omnia practitioner. Where a panel has female and male versions, the difference is mainly the hormone and tumour marker selection. All prices include the blood draw, laboratory analysis and a results review.

These tests do not replace care from your GP. If you have worsening symptoms, unexplained weight loss, bleeding or severe pain, please see a doctor first.

Compare tests

What is a full body health check?

A full body health check is a set of laboratory tests, taken from one blood sample and, for some checks, a urine sample, that looks at how your body is working as a whole. It typically covers your blood count, cholesterol and heart markers, blood sugar, liver and kidney function, and, in the wider checks, thyroid, hormones, iron and vitamins. People also call it a health MOT, a full body MOT or a full body check up.

The aim is to spot changes early, set a baseline you can compare against each year, and give you a clear answer when something feels off. At Omnia every check includes a practitioner review, so you leave knowing what is in range, what is borderline and what, if anything, to do next.

Full body health check cost in London

Our full body health checks range from £90 for Omnia Essential to £961 for Omnia Signature. There is no separate consultation fee for the results: the price covers the draw, the Randox laboratory analysis, a practitioner review of every result and a written report you can share with your GP. If you only need one or two markers, single tests start from £39. See every blood test and price.

Private health check or NHS Health Check?

The NHS Health Check is free for adults in England aged 40 to 74 who do not already have certain conditions, such as heart disease or diabetes, and is offered every five years. It focuses on your risk of heart disease, stroke, diabetes and kidney disease, using measures such as blood pressure, cholesterol and body mass index.

A private full body health check suits you when you are under 40, do not want to wait for an invitation, or want a wider set of markers, such as thyroid, iron, vitamins or hormones, with your results explained in person.

Add body composition to your health MOT

A blood test shows what is happening inside. Some clients also book an InBody body composition scan, which measures muscle, body fat and water, or a Styku 3D body scan for precise body measurements, so they can track progress alongside their blood results.

Questions about full body health checks

What is included in a full body health check?

At Omnia, every health check includes the blood draw at our Chiswick clinic, analysis at the Randox accredited laboratory, a practitioner review of every result and a written report. The markers depend on the check you choose, from 34 biomarkers in Omnia Essential to more than 160 in Omnia Signature.

How much does a full body health check cost?

Our full body health checks cost from £90 to £961. Good choices for a thorough yearly check are Standard Screen at £127 and The Complete Man or The Complete Woman at £313. The price includes the draw, the laboratory analysis and the practitioner review, with no hidden extras.

Is a full body MOT the same as a full body check up?

Yes. Full body MOT, full body check up and full body health check are different names for the same idea: a wide set of tests in one visit to give a clear picture of your general health. What matters is which markers are included, so compare the checks above before you book.

Do I need to fast before a health check?

For most checks we recommend 8 to 12 hours without food beforehand, because they include glucose, cholesterol and triglyceride markers. Water is fine and helps the draw. We confirm this when you book and can offer an early appointment.

Do I need a GP referral?

No. You book directly with us, the sample is taken at our clinic and a practitioner reviews the results with you. You receive a written report to share with your GP if anything needs following up.

How quickly will I get my results?

Most results are back within a few working days. We then go through them with you and explain what matters, what is borderline and what is worth rechecking.

How often should I have a health check?

Many people repeat a general health check once a year, so they can compare results over time. If a marker is borderline, your practitioner may suggest rechecking it sooner.

Can I have a health check if I am under 40?

Yes. Private health checks are available to adults of any age. The NHS Health Check is offered to people aged 40 to 74, so a private check suits younger adults who want to know their numbers now.
