What LPG does on the thighs
The thighs are where cellulite is most often seen, so they feature in many LPG courses. The treatment head lifts and rolls the skin with motorised rollers and controlled suction, softening the look of dimpling and leaving skin smoother. The inner thighs can feel more intense in the first few sessions, and your therapist adjusts the settings to suit.
LPG does not take a thigh down a size, and it does not make cellulite disappear. It improves the appearance of the skin, and that improvement needs maintenance.

What the data shows
Most people notice change after 6 to 8 sessions. Stubborn or fibrous cellulite usually takes around 10 to 12. In the BeScored study (2024), 93% reported smoother orange-peel skin and 92% firmer skin, with 50% less feeling of heavy legs after one session. This is manufacturer data from LPG Systems, not independent research, and results vary. Who this is not for
LPG is not suitable with active cancer, an infection, phlebitis or a blood clot, open wounds or inflamed skin. If you have a circulatory or blood disorder, recent surgery, a pacemaker or an implanted device, ask your doctor or surgeon first. If the inner thigh skin hangs heavily after major weight loss, surgery such as a thigh lift is likely to suit better. See your GP about any unexplained swelling, pain or skin change, and get urgent advice for pain or swelling in one leg.
