Shu Fen Zhang is a highly experienced Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) practitioner and acupuncturist, with over 35 years of expertise in the field. She graduated from the Medical College of Qingdao, China in 1987, where she built a strong foundation in Chinese medicine. She began her career at the Affiliated Hospital of Qingdao Medical College (1987-1993), gaining extensive clinical experience. From 1994 to 1996, she trained under Professor Mark Yu, deepening her knowledge of Chinese herbal medicine and acupuncture.

Dr. Shu Fen Zhang is a highly experienced practitioner of Traditional Chinese Medicine with over 35 years of clinical expertise across hospital and community healthcare settings in both China and the UK. She graduated from the Medical College of Qingdao, China in 1987 where she developed a strong foundation in Traditional Chinese Medicine and acupuncture.
She began her career at the Affiliated Hospital of Qingdao Medical College from 1987 to 1993 gaining extensive clinical experience across a broad range of conditions and treatments. From 1994 to 1996 she trained under Professor Mark Yu further advancing her knowledge of Chinese Herbal Medicine and acupuncture techniques.
In 1997 Dr. Shu moved to the UK where she practised at the Chinese Medical Centre in London for over two decades specialising in pain management, acupuncture and holistic wellness. Most recently she continued her clinical work at the Chinese Medical Centre in Stevenage from 2022 to 2024 supporting patients through personalised Traditional Chinese Medicine therapies focused on restoring balance and overall wellbeing.
