Dr. Jency holds a Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery (BAMS) from Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences, Karnataka, India, and a Doctor of Medicine (MD) in Swasthavritta (Preventive and Social Medicine) from SDM College of Ayurveda and Hospital, where she secured a 7th University Rank. With a strong academic foundation and diverse clinical experience, she brings a preventive, holistic and research-driven approach to patient care.
She has worked as an Ayurvedic Medical Officer, trainee doctor and Assistant Professor, gaining extensive experience in managing a wide range of conditions. Her clinical focus lies in addressing the root cause of health concerns through Ayurvedic treatments, lifestyle correction and personalised wellness strategies.
As the Clinic Lead for Lifestyle at Omnia Lifestyle, Dr. Jency plays a key role in shaping and delivering the clinic’s lifestyle and preventive health offering. She leads on integrating Ayurveda, yoga, nutrition and holistic therapies to create structured, patient-centric programmes that support long-term wellbeing.

Dr. Jency’s approach is rooted in preventive medicine (Swasthavritta), focusing on maintaining health and preventing disease through balanced living. Her training enables her to integrate Ayurvedic principles with yoga, nutrition and naturopathy to create comprehensive treatment plans tailored to each patient.
Her academic and research background further strengthens her evidence-based approach. She has published research on the effectiveness of yoga in managing low back pain and has presented her work at national and international conferences, including platforms such as AIIMS and the All India Institute of Ayurveda.
In addition to her clinical work, she has demonstrated leadership in wellness initiatives, including leading yoga-based stress management programmes for organisations such as ISRO—further reflecting her strength in delivering structured, scalable lifestyle interventions.
