The 267 bus runs from Twickenham through Isleworth and Brentford to Chiswick High Road with no change, or you can take the train to Richmond and three stops on the District line. You have a choice here: the bus is one seat all the way, and the train with the District line is usually quicker but has a change.

Coming from further out, the real question is whether the journey earns its place in your week.
It is a longer trip than for neighbours in Chiswick, so we plan around it. Ask for a regular time, and we will suggest the session length that fits. Follow-ups run from 35 to 60 minutes depending on the areas treated.
When there is a match or concert at Twickenham Stadium, trains and roads around Twickenham get very busy. Check before you book a weekend slot, and leave extra time, or choose another day.

A course only makes sense if the treatment suits you, so we would rather be straight now. LPG improves the appearance of cellulite and skin. It does not replace weight management, exercise or medical care, and it does not suit very loose skin where surgery would do more.
The Discovery Session is the place to find out, and your practitioner will tell you if LPG is not right for you. If you have unexplained swelling, pain or a skin change, see your GP first.
