Every clinic below says it uses the LPG Cellu M6 Infinity. Prices are from each clinic's own published price list on 17 October 2026. Per-minute figures let you compare sessions of different lengths fairly.

We do not name other clinics. "From" prices are starting prices that the clinic confirms at consultation. Prices change, so always check before you book.

Omnia total is your £99 Discovery Session plus follow-up sessions at the length you choose. The Harley Street figure uses that clinic's published 60-minute rate of £230, or £3.83 a minute, for every session.

Omnia Lifestyle is at 8 to 9 Bedford Corner, The Avenue, Chiswick W4 1LZ, close to Turnham Green station, on bus routes 94, E3 and 272. Limited parking is available on request when booking. LPG sessions run Monday to Saturday. The clinic is open Monday, Friday and Saturday from 9:30am to 7pm, and Tuesday to Thursday from 9:30am to 7:30pm. Open in Google Maps.
Published prices for a single Cellu M6 Infinity body session in London range from about £90 for 30 minutes to £310 for 90 minutes. A Harley Street clinic we checked charges £205 for 45 minutes and £230 for 60 minutes, and a clinic group in Chelsea and Kensington lists body sessions from £250 for 35 minutes. At Omnia in Chiswick, sessions are £70 for 35 minutes, £100 for 50 minutes and £120 for 60 minutes, and your first 60-minute visit is £99. Prices checked 17 October 2026.
Mostly rent and overheads. The Cellu M6 Infinity is the same machine wherever you have it, and the treatment protocols come from LPG. Central London addresses cost far more to run, and that is passed on in the session price. In Chiswick we can offer the same technology for roughly half the Harley Street price.
Yes. Omnia uses the LPG Cellu M6 Infinity, LPG's current Endermologie system. Every clinic in our comparison states that it uses the Infinity. Some clinics still use older models such as the Cellu M6 Alliance, so it is worth asking which machine you will be treated on.
