What LPG does on the upper arms
The Cellu M6 Infinity can focus on the arms or include them in a wider body session. Motorised rollers and controlled suction work along the back of the upper arm, where skin is often thin and soft. The aim is smoother, firmer-looking skin, with no needles, no heat and no downtime. Your therapist starts gently and builds up, because skin here can be delicate.
LPG does not build muscle or remove skin. Resistance work for the arms and shoulders firms the area underneath, so the two work well together.

What to expect
Most people notice change after 6 to 8 sessions. A course is usually weekly, followed by monthly maintenance. The first visit is a 60-minute Discovery Session, which includes a consultation and a full treatment, so you can ask whether your arms are likely to respond. Follow-up sessions run from 35 minutes at £70 to 60 minutes at £120.

Who this is not for
LPG is not suitable with active cancer, an infection, phlebitis or a blood clot, open wounds or inflamed skin. If you have a circulatory or blood disorder, recent surgery, a pacemaker or an implanted device, ask your doctor or surgeon first. If your arms hang in heavy folds after major weight loss, LPG will not lift that skin, and an arm lift is likely to suit better. See your GP about any unexplained swelling, pain or skin change, especially if it affects one arm.
