Each set pairs two favourites from the friars' pharmacy in a white Omnia box, tied with ribbon. For Christmas, for Valentine's Day, or for a simple thank you.

The rose of Carmel
The friar-apothecaries have grown roses since the convent was founded, and their rose syrup recipe dates from the early 1700s. Rose water is still one of the most loved preparations in the pharmacy.

Lavender, pro missioni
Hand-harvested each July and steam distilled at Arenzano since 1977. The Carmelites created their lavender range to support their missions in Central Africa, and the essence helped to build the seminary at Yolé.

Face and body
Gentle creams built around aloe, shea butter, rose and sweet almond oil, prepared in the friars' laboratory in Genoa. Every ingredient is listed in full.

Soaps
Classic vitamin E bars with a soft, creamy lather, made in Genoa. We carry five of the friars' seven scents, and they make a lovely small gift.

Hair
Two simple shampoos: one gentle enough for every day, with wheat germ and nettle, and one with rosemary, thyme and propolis for oily hair.
