I recently visited Omnia Lifestyle for my back problem, specifically sciatica, and had a wonderful experience from start to finish. The process began smoothly thanks to Pearl, who helped me book my appointment and was incredibly helpful and efficient. As soon as I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by the admin, Amalia Niga, whose friendly and professional attitude immediately made me feel comfortable. I was then seen by Isaac Amujo, who consulted me regarding my condition. He was very knowledgeable, took the time to understand my symptoms, and clearly explained the next steps for treatment. After the consultation, I was referred for an acupuncture session with Professor Wu and Jialin Zhu. It was a fantastic session, both were very skilled, and the treatment brought noticeable relief. I truly appreciated how calming and effective the session was. Overall, the service at Omnia Lifestyle was excellent. The team was professional, caring, and focused on delivering quality care. I highly recommend them to anyone dealing with similar issues and i shall be visiting again for more sessions.
