Khushbu Tiwari is an HCPC-registered Physiotherapist and a member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (MCSP). I went in with a very stiff neck and could barely move when I arrived. Khushbu was absolutely amazing. She performed a deep tissue massage combined with targeted stretches, and the difference was incredible. She was knowledgeable, professional, and really took the time to focus on the areas causing the most discomfort. By the end of the session, I felt amazing and had so much more mobility in my neck. Khushbu also took the time to show me some stretches to do at home to help with my recovery and prevent the stiffness from returning, which I really appreciated. 10/10 experience. I highly recommend Khushbu to anyone dealing with pain, tension, or stiffness, you’ll be in great hands!
