In shortMonthly membership with a three-month minimum commitment, rolling monthly thereafter. Cancel with 14 days’ notice before your next billing date. Sessions are booked in advance and do not roll over. Guest passes are for first-time visitors.

Introduction

These Terms & Conditions govern membership of Omnia Lifestyle Limited (OMNIA RED). By purchasing a membership, you agree to the following terms.

Membership

OMNIA RED is a monthly membership providing access to specified services and benefits. Membership benefits are personal and non-transferable.

Membership benefits

Members receive access to the benefits outlined at the time of joining, including monthly NovoTHOR sessions and additional member perks. Benefits may be updated or amended at the discretion of Omnia Lifestyle Limited.

Usage & session policy

Membership includes a set number of sessions per billing cycle.
Unused sessions do not roll over unless otherwise stated.
Sessions must be booked in advance and are subject to availability.

Fees & payments

Membership is billed monthly.
Payments are non-refundable.
Omnia Lifestyle Limited reserves the right to adjust pricing with reasonable notice.

Cancellation

Memberships require a minimum commitment of 3 months.
After this period, memberships continue on a rolling monthly basis.
Cancellation requires 14 days’ notice prior to the next billing date.

Failure to cancel within this period will result in the next billing cycle being charged.

Guest passes

Guest passes are for first-time visitors only.
They hold no cash value and cannot be exchanged.
Additional terms may apply.

Member conduct

Members are expected to behave respectfully within the clinic. Omnia Lifestyle Limited reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership in cases of inappropriate behaviour.

Privacy

All personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Termination

Omnia Lifestyle Limited reserves the right to terminate membership if terms are breached or payments are missed.

Changes to terms

These terms may be updated at any time. Members will be notified of any significant changes.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
