Frequently asked

What is the difference between deep tissue and relaxation massage?

The short answer

Relaxation massage uses lighter, flowing strokes to help you unwind. Deep tissue massage uses slower, firmer, sustained pressure to reach the deeper layers of muscle and fascia and release chronic tension and knots. It is more targeted and can feel intense on tight spots, but pressure is always adjusted to you.
