Our most detailed nutrition and hormone screen, with up to 95 markers covering vitamins, minerals, sex hormones, thyroid, advanced heart risk, insulin, organ function and immunity, read in full with a practitioner.
This screen looks in depth at the nutrients and hormones that shape energy, metabolism and long-term health. Nutrition markers go beyond standard vitamin D and B12 to include active B12, red cell folate, magnesium, zinc, copper and a full iron profile. The hormone section covers FSH, LH, oestradiol, progesterone, prolactin, testosterone, SHBG and DHEA-S, along with a thyroid profile with antibodies and parathyroid hormone.
Heart and metabolic risk is explored with apolipoproteins, lipoprotein (a), small LDL, homocysteine, insulin, C-peptide and HOMA-IR, with a FIB-4 liver fibrosis score. Kidney markers include cystatin C and a urine albumin check, while immune markers, pancreatic enzymes, a full blood count and urinalysis complete the picture. The male version has fewer markers, and the page lists exactly what each version includes.
Your price includes the sample taken at our Chiswick clinic, analysis at the Randox accredited laboratory, a practitioner review of your result and a GP feedback report on request.
With this many markers, the value is in the patterns. Your practitioner may connect, for example, insulin and HOMA-IR with triglycerides and liver enzymes, or a high SHBG with low free androgen index. Each value is shown against the laboratory reference range, and hormone ranges depend on your sex, age and, for women, cycle phase.
Several results just outside the range are normal in a large panel and do not necessarily mean anything is wrong. Treat flagged results as a prompt for discussion, not a diagnosis, and your practitioner will suggest whether to recheck or speak to your GP.
Fast for 8 to 10 hours with water only and book a morning appointment, ideally before 10am, as insulin, glucose and triglycerides need fasting and testosterone peaks in the morning. If you have a regular cycle, booking on day 2 to 5 is usual for FSH, LH and oestradiol; we will confirm the best timing for your goals when you book. Pause biotin for at least two days if it is safe to do so, and bring a midstream urine sample.
If hormones are your main focus, our menopause and hormone tests are more targeted. For nutrition alone, see nutritional and digestive health testing, or browse every blood test and price in Chiswick.
It costs £595. This includes your blood and urine samples at our Chiswick clinic, analysis at the Randox accredited laboratory, a full practitioner review and a GP feedback report on request.
Yes. Please fast for 8 to 10 hours with water only, and come in the morning so that insulin, glucose and testosterone can be read accurately.
For most women with regular cycles, day 2 to 5 is used. If you would like progesterone to confirm ovulation, a later day may suit better, and we will advise when you book.
Yes, but these affect hormone results. Tell your practitioner what you take so your results can be read correctly.
