Common questions

Is this a relaxation or spa massage?

No. Omnia Lifestyle is a wellness clinic. Our massage therapies are clinical treatments for pain, tension, swelling and recovery, delivered by qualified practitioners after a short assessment. If you're looking for a spa day, hotel treatment or anything other than a therapeutic service, we're not the right place.

Deep tissue or sports massage: which should I book?

If you train regularly and the issue is linked to that, book sports massage. If it's general tension, posture or stress held in the body, book deep tissue. Both therapists use overlapping techniques, and the assessment on the day means you'll get the right treatment either way.

I have had surgery. Can I have lymphatic drainage?

Usually yes, and it's one of the most common reasons people come. Bring your surgeon's guidance on timing. We won't treat over open wounds, active infection or suspected clots, and will check this with you first.

Do you offer home visits?

Massage and MSK therapy are clinic-only, at 8-9 Bedford Corner, Chiswick. Acupuncture home visits are available separately through Zen by Omnia.

How do I pay, and can I cancel?

You pay at the clinic after your treatment. Nothing is taken when you book online. If you need to cancel or move your appointment, please give us at least 24 hours' notice so the slot can go to someone who needs it.

Can I request a specific therapist?

Yes. Pick them at the booking step, or read the profiles above and tell us in the notes.
