Dr Deepa Apte is an internationally recognised Ayurvedic physician, medical doctor, yoga teacher and Founder of Ayurveda Pura Academy. With over 25 years of teaching experience, she has trained thousands of students from around the world and is renowned for making authentic Ayurveda practical, engaging and easy to understand. Her expertise in Ayurvedic therapies, skin health and holistic wellbeing enables students to gain both theoretical understanding and practical confidence.
By the end of the workshop you will understand the fundamental concepts covered during the course, including Ayurvedic body types and simple approaches to anti-ageing and longevity. You'll be able to apply practical Ayurvedic techniques with confidence and appreciate the holistic philosophy behind Ayurveda.
This is an accredited workshop and counts towards your CPD. Students who successfully complete the course will receive a Certificate of Attendance, issued by Ayurveda Pura Academy in collaboration with Omnia Academy.
