Dr Deepa Apte is an internationally recognised Ayurvedic physician, medical doctor, yoga teacher and Founder of Ayurveda Pura Academy. With over 25 years of teaching experience, she has trained thousands of students from around the world and is renowned for making authentic Ayurveda practical, engaging and easy to understand. Her expertise in Ayurvedic therapies, skin health and holistic wellbeing enables students to gain both theoretical understanding and practical confidence.
