Questions about home visits

Very little. Your doctor brings everything needed for treatment. You will need a quiet, reasonably warm room and somewhere comfortable to lie down, such as a bed or sofa. Allow around 90 minutes for the visit.

Anywhere within 5 miles of our Chiswick clinic is covered at the standard £110 rate, including Acton, Ealing, Hammersmith, Brentford, Kew, Fulham, Richmond and Barnes. We regularly travel further across London and beyond. Book as normal and our reception will be in touch about the travel charge before your appointment.

Yes. The same doctor, the same full consultation with pulse and tongue diagnosis, the same 60-minute session. The only difference is where it happens.

The difference covers your doctor's travel time and bringing their equipment to you. Many people find it well worth it for the convenience, for privacy, or because getting to a clinic is genuinely difficult after surgery or with reduced mobility.

Yes. Home visits are often booked by family for elderly parents or someone recovering at home. Add the patient's details when booking, and let us know if there is anything the doctor should be aware of on arrival.
