I had a bike accident last Aug, injured my left knee. By Nov my leg, my hip had pain too. When I reached out for private physio support (after the NHS one didn't help to improve as fast as I wanted) I met Nandini, a young, professional and knowledgeable physiotherapist. She made a thorough exercise plan after each visit, she made time to practice and teach me the movements correctly.She followed up how I am progressing with regular check-in. She kept encouraging me to do the daily exercises. Thanks to her the result is amazing, the pain is gone, I am able to carry on with my life as before the accident.
