Does it hurt?
No. Most clients describe it as a deep, firm massage. Some fall asleep.
How many sessions will I need?
It depends on your tissue, your goal and where you are starting from. That is what the assessment is for. Anyone who quotes a number before seeing your body is guessing.
Will I be pressured into a package?
No. The discovery session is standalone at £99. If a programme suits you we will explain it and what it costs. If you would rather leave it, that is fine.
Is there any downtime?
None. Back to work, the gym or your day immediately.
What do I wear?
You will be given a bodysuit for the treatment.
