60 minutes, £90 Face or body, decided with your therapist on the day
Fluid collects around the eyes, jaw and neck just as it does in the legs. Facial lymphatic drainage uses the same light, rhythmic strokes as the body treatment, directed through the lymph nodes of the face, neck and decollete to move that fluid on.

This is a drainage treatment, not a facial. There are no extractions, peels, masks or machines, and no products are sold to you afterwards. The work is done with the hands at very light pressure, so it should never feel like a massage of the face.
Your therapist checks first that drainage is appropriate for you. We will not treat over active infection, untreated skin conditions, or recent surgery without your surgeon's clearance.
Every session is delivered by qualified therapists trained in manual lymphatic drainage, so you can relax knowing you're in expert care.
Brings a clinical, evidence-led approach to manual lymphatic drainage, with particular focus on post-surgical recovery and lymphatic health.

No. Unlike deep tissue or sports massage, MLD uses incredibly light, feather-like pressure. Most clients find it deeply relaxing, some even fall asleep.
This depends on your procedure and surgeon's guidance. Many clients begin sessions shortly after cosmetic or medical surgery to help reduce swelling and support recovery.
It's gentle and suitable for most people, including during pregnancy. If you have certain heart, kidney or circulatory conditions, let us know beforehand so we can advise.
It varies. Post-surgical recovery often benefits from a short course of regular sessions, while ongoing swelling or maintenance may call for ongoing visits. We'll advise a plan at your consultation.
Drink plenty of water to help your body process the fluid that's been moved. You may feel lighter and more relaxed for the rest of the day.
